3. Payment amount and payment rules

3.1. In return for taking care of the property that is common property ,the "owner" pays the "executor" the cost of the equivalent of 0.85 us dollars in Laras per month at the rate that exists at the time of payment.

3.2. Payment of the cost provided for in paragraph 3.1. this agreement begins from the moment of transfer of ownership and signing of the act of acceptance of the transfer and it occurs by transferring to a Bank account specified for this purpose before the 15th (fifteenth) day of each reporting month.

3.3. In case of payment of the cost of one year provided for in paragraph 3.1. this agreement, in advance, on a one-time basis, until June 30 of each contract year, the owner pays the cost of 0.50 us dollars in Laras per month at the rate that exists at the time of payment.
